1/2005 - Web team monthly meeting was held. Committee
members were named and Succession Plan was approved. Rectory address
was updated on the Contact Us page. The Web Guidelines were also completed.

12/21/2004: Updated the Community Services Calendar
(removed November information). Updated the Blessed Sacrament home
page by moving the links from the bottom of the page to just below
the co-chair names.

11/2004: Numerous e-mails, coordination of CSO Calendar,
Parish Master Calendar, Blessed Sacrament web pages, and preparation
for auction items on the web site. Bulletins will only be kept on-line
for two months going forward in order to save space on the web server.

9/7/2004: Changed the link for the Update your membership
form and added the spinning "New" icon. (5 min).

8/30/2004: Added Update Your Membership to the Home
Page and created Update forms from the JoinUs forms. Updates automatically
generate an e-mail to Debbie. (2 hours including testing the forms)

Web site was down due to uploading problems. PlanetKC
was contacted on 7/31/2004 at 9:00am. Problem was resolved at 11:30.
The web site storge capacity was reached. Bulletin files from 2002
were deleted to make room. Home page, calendar, and bulletin changes
were made and completed by 12:30pm. E-mails of site status were sent

Added the Youth Sports Program Guidelines to the Home
page and the Youth Sports page. The guidelines were not in a pdf file
so I converted the document to html. Once a pdf file is created the
